This is just a temporary fix that will get your machine back into production with absolute minimal downtime. Onsite repair is usually backed by a 6 to 9 month warranty. Please note that not all ball screws can be repaired onsite. Please contact your nearest service center with a detailed explanation of the problem with your screw. We will need to know whether your screw was crashed, the balls have fallen out, if it's just noisy or a loss of accuracy, whether it's seized, etc. We will also need the make & model of your machine along with the details of your nut (single or double nut, internal or external returns, etc.). The more information you can provide us, the more accurately we can quote your project and pinpoint your downtime.
