Mitchell Precision can grind, chrome plate & grind your bearing journals back to original size in less then 24 hours. Sometimes it's the bearings that will cause you to loose accuracy and replacing them isn't enough. If your journals are not up to size, that will allow movement in the screw and it will cause problems with positioning. Before sending your screw in for repair, measure your bearing surfaces and check for wear. Give us the dimensions and we can quote it right over the phone. Depending on the amount of wear and chrome needed, delivery time can be 24 hours or less.
